How to clean the cylinder of dry mortar mixing plant?

Fixed dry mortar mixing plant should be installed on a solid base. When used for a long time, the foot bolts should be buried; if used for a short period of time, sleepers can be laid under the machine base and leveled for stability. For mobile dry mortar mixing plant, they should be installed on a flat and hard floor and firmly supported by square logs or brackets, and the water surface tires should be kept free from stress. If the tire is used for more than three months, the tire should be removed and properly insulated, and the axle end should be cleaned and rust removed.
1. After the dry mortar mixing plant is started, the mixing barrel should reach normal speed before loading. Water should be added in time after loading. Adding new materials must first unload all the original materials in the mixer. The mixer must not be stopped midway or started at full load, except for turning over and discharging materials.
2. When using the dry mortar mixing plant, do not let sand and gravel fall into the running part of the machine to avoid getting stuck and damaging the running part. After the upper hopper is lifted, no one can pass or stay under the hopper to avoid accidents caused by brake failure. If it is necessary to perform maintenance or cleaning work under the bucket, stop the machine forcibly and tighten the upper hopper with a safety chain.
3. If a malfunction is found during the operation of the dry mortar mixer and it cannot continue to operate, the power supply should be cut off immediately, the concrete in the mixing barrel should be cleared, and then maintenance should be carried out.
4. After the operation, the dry mortar mixer plant should be thoroughly cleaned. When the operator needs to enter the barrel for cleaning, he must cut off the power supply, have someone specially assigned to monitor outside, or remove the fuse and lock the switch box before entering.
